Lw28 series universal Changeover Switch is mainly used in electrical circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V and below, DC voltage of 220V and rated current of 160A. The Changeover Switch is used for manual infrequent connection or disconnection of circuits for control and conversion. Changeover Switch can also directly control three-phase asynchronous motors and as master control and circuit measurement.
The products are widely used to replace various national formal change-over switches. They can be used as formal switch of circuit control, switch of test equipment, motor control switch, master control switch, and change-over switch of electric welding machine.
Compliance with standards: transfer switches for main circuit conversion and direct control comply with GB14048 3-2001。
Change over switch for master control Normal operating conditions
1.The ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24h shall not exceed + 35 ℃;
2.The lower limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed – 5 ℃;
3.The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
4.When the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. For example, 90% at 20 ℃. Special measures shall be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature change.

- According to the purpose, it is divided into transfer switch for main circuit conversion, transfer switch for direct control motor and transfer switch for master control and measurement.
- According to the operation mode, it can be divided into positioning type, self recovery type and positioning self recovery type.
- By contact system. The positioning type transfer switch has 1 ~ 12 sections (of which 63A has only 8 sections). There are 1 ~ 3 sections of self recovery transfer switch and 1 ~ 6 sections of switch for direct control air motor.
- According to the type of knob, there are four types: R type, I type, F type and P type.
- According to the conversion angle, it can be divided into 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, 90 °, etc.
- According to the panel shape, there are square panel, rectangular panel and circular panel (only 20a). According to the combination of operation mode and actuator position (see Table 1)
